About Us
Brunt & Company Inc. is a licensed general building contractor based in Coconut Grove with three decades of experience across South Florida. We built our name on commercial, residential and roofing work — and today we are the contractor owners call when the job is not standard: an insurance claim that needs a licensed GC on file, a city violation with a deadline, or a ground-up build that has to be right the first time.

Insurance-Claim GC
Most carriers require a licensed, insured GC on file before a claim moves. We fill that role for roofing and any construction-related damage.
Code Violation Clearing
Paying the fine doesn’t clear it. We legalize unpermitted work — after-the-fact permit, brought to code, inspected and closed.
