A full house of worship carried from architectural rendering through site development, structural steel, masonry and finishes. Brunt & Company served as site developer and general building contractor across the entire 6.5-acre campus.
CAS Auto — Corporate Offices
Corporate office fit-out for CAS Auto, a global vehicle exporter shipping to more than 80 markets. Full interior scope — framing, MEP rough-in, drywall, glass office fronts, break room and finishes — delivered inside an occupied commercial building.
Storm-Damage Roof Replacement
Wind-damaged shingle roof taken through the full claim process. Brunt & Company went on file as the licensed general contractor of record, documented every stage for the carrier, and completed tear-off, dry-in and re-roof.
Arkham Holdings — Apartment Complex
Ground-up multifamily residential currently under construction. Three-storey elevations are up and closed in, with site work and perimeter masonry ongoing.
